formatting in citations / missing period in bibliography

My font in my EndNote library is Times New Roman. I also use Times New
Roman in Word.

 

In using CWYW, the citation and bibliographic entries are in Times new
Roman. However, apostrophes and quotation marks are "straight" and not
"curly". Is there any way to fix this?

 

I also have one book entry in my bibliography that, unlike all of my
other book entries, does not have a period at the end of the
bibliographic entry. I am puzzled. Am I missing something incredibly
obvious?

 

I am using Word 2007 and EndNote 10 X1 (and Vista).

 

Finally, I also support maintaining this list!
