Which is exactly why I want the list to continue and will not be happy with an RSS feed replacement: using e-mail, there's no need to go anywhere to reply. I'm already where I need to be. Once again, the solution as I see it: a mailing list + a forum, with a bi-directional gateway in between. Everybody wins.
