Hi Leanne or someone else too, I was trying to format my citations (and
reveal the biblio) in a word doc, Office 2007 (in and XP OS) in EN10,
which I did after I copied it to a new doc (so that the original is
intact-don't'
worry about that!). However, I forgot to save the copy first and then
pressed format citation. Well, of course the EN window came up to
recognise individual citations, I pressed [ignore all], it all crashed
etc. So I went back to original doc to start again and EN9 came up on
the add-in toolbar instead of EN10. I have deleted EN 9 when I had
downloaded the latest version of EN10. I have my library intact, but
when I try to open the library in any doc, of course the system cannot
find the path specified. I have modified and repaired downloading ENX1
in order to restart (through the university access site EN X1 only
available), downloaded patch ENX1.01, moved EN folders between C: and D:
drives (& returned them again to the original download destination
paths), but cannot get the damn thing to open in my add-ins. What step
am I missing? (PS have latest Nortons antivirus) PS I have just noted
slow ~wrl temp files opening up when I open up docs associated with EN
