EndNote Listserv Shutdown Message...

Hello EndNote List Users:

The EndNote mailing list is coming to an end.  We'd like to thank
everyone for their participation and hard work on this list.  Now that
the Forums are up and running and have been sufficiently tested, they
will be replacing our current mailing lists.  You can find the EndNote
Forum here...

The Forums offer these convenient features...
*	Categorized & fully searchable posts to help you find what you
need more quickly
*	Easily accessible forum archives
*	Ability to post clickable links
*	Image posting for screen shots & other troubleshooting purposes
*	Private messaging for "off-line" discussion
*	Ability to post content files (XML, Filters, and Styles)
... As well as being closely monitored by support staff to help ensure
timely and accurate responses.
We will also keep the Forums free from spam and abuse.

Here are some tips for getting e-mail delivery from the forums...

Subscribing to a Board to receive emails of new posts on the forum:
1)	Click on the board you want to subscribe to, "EndNote General"
for example
2)	Go to "Board Options > Add This Board to My Subscriptions"
3)	Go to "My Profile > Subscriptions & Bookmarks"
4)	Select the E-Mail Delivery option you want
Immediate - each post will be sent as a separate email
Daily Digest - receive one email per day that contains all posts
Weekly Digest - receive one email per week that contains all posts
5)	If you want to view the contents of the post change "Content
Format" to "Subject and Body"
Note that you can not reply to the email, you would need to click on the
link in the email to the post and reply on the forum.

You can also subscribe to Threads, instead of the complete board.
1)	Click on the thread you want to subscribe to
2)	Go to "Thread Options > Add This Thread to My Subscriptions"
3)	Go to "My Profile > Subscriptions & Bookmarks"
4)	Select the E-Mail Delivery option you want

The forums allow you to subscribe to a Board's RSS feed:
1)	Click on the board you want to subscribe to, "EndNote General"

2)	Go to "Board Options > Subscribe to this Board's RSS Feed"
To subscribe to a Thread's RSS feed:
1)	Click on the thread you want to subscribe to
2)	Go to "Thread Options > Subscribe to this Thread's RSS Feed"

Additionally, if you have a WAP capable device (cell phone, Pocket PC,
etc.), you can access the forums on the go here...
