Assertion error while running indexing

Hi,

  I get the following assertion error, when doing an index of source 
source code files:

   ASSERTION ERROR!: NMZ.r (544) and NMZ.t (545) are not consistent! at 
/opt/namazu/share/namazu/pl/util.pl line 257.

  The command to do the indexing is:

  /opt/namazu/bin/mknmz -d -O /opt/SrcShare/namazu/index/sidx -L ja -f 
   /etc/namazu/mknmzrc --allow=".*,v" 
--exclude="CVSROOT|Attic|.*\.jpg,v" /opt/SrcShare

  Any ideas?

  Could this be due to language settings?
