DocRoot URL
------------ ------------------
/www/docroot /servername
/ext/archive /servername/archive

There are so many ways to combine those two, but I would
just try following mknmz,

mkdir /ext/namazu-index
cd /
mknmz -O /ext/namazu-index \
      --replace 's#www/docroot/#http://servername/#\
   	         s#ext/archive/#http://servername/archive#'\
      www/docroot ext/archive

Usually, --replace may not be recommended,
(and instead using 'Replace' in .namazurc),
but it would be good for these mixture.
