Armenian, Basque, Catalan stemmers in libstemmer_c ?

I just downloaded libstemmer_c and the aforementioned stemmers are not included.  When will they be?

Also, it would be nice if the libstemmer_c tar file was versioned, e.g.:

	libstemmer_c-1.4.tgz
