jnew function

Good morning. When I try to use tm, RWeka and Snowball packages and 
StemDocument function in the following command:

> veccorp<-tm_map(veccorp,stemDocument)

I get the following error:

Error in Snowball::SnowballStemmer(x, RWeka::Weka_control(S = language)) : 

  could not find function ".jnew"

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
