python3/python.i: Update (no longer recognised)
XAPIAN_BINDINGS_SKIP_BRASS_AND_CHERT_FACTORIES to
XAPIAN_BINDINGS_SKIP_DEPRECATED_DB_FACTORIES so deprecated db
factories aren't wrapped.
python3/smoketest.py: Update testcases to test factories which
shouldn't be wrapped aren't, and that the replacements work.
