[GSoC] Implement Bindings for Go

Hello all,
It's Marco Younan , a student from Egypt.

I'm really interested in Xapian.
for the last couple of weeks, I was getting more familiar with the
xapian project.

and find the binding project much interesting.
the binding to Go, and using Xapian from Golang.

I already went through the test repo
(https://github.com/mtibeica/xapiango/blob/master/xapian_test.go) .
also visited the other bindings to Xapian like Python and PHP,
installed/compiled Xapian at my machine and so.

I was wondering what I could be doing the next weeks. any
mini-projects/tasks suggested I may start with?
or you advise me with any steps. to makesure I have the required
experience to execute the project and getting more deep with it.

I've been developing in Go and C++ for longtime here.
and had some experienced with calling C codes from Go.
but still getting more familiar with swig.

( I also checked the GoodFirstBug issues, and would work on something
alongside )
