Greetings,
I am Hemant Kumar Singh, a computer science undergrad studying in NIT Warangal, India. I am interested to work on the project "Weighting Schemes" under the guidance of Olly Bets and Gaurav Arora; this project requires basic(or better) C++ knowledge and I've done 2 years of basic C++ in my high school. Moreover, this is my 2nd semester pursuing a computer science major in NITW. Although I am new to the open source community, I feel I am a potential candidate for the same and will post my draft proposal asap for your feedback.
