Xapian 1.4.8 released

Xapian 1.4.8 can now be downloaded from:

https://xapian.org/download

This release contains a mixture of bug-fixes, new features, optimisations and
portability improvements.  Of particular note is a fix for a nasty bug which
could cause corrupted databases when xapian-core was built using clang.
