Xapian 1.4.9 released

Xapian 1.4.9 can now be downloaded from:

https://xapian.org/download

It's only been a week since 1.4.8 - I'm making this release mainly to
fix a bug introduced in 1.4.8 which could lead to missing positions and
even corrupted encoded positional data if you read an existing document,
added more terms with positions and then replaced it.

This release also fixes a hang on disconnect seen with the remote
backend on macOS (reported and fixed by Germán M. Bravo), and adds
compatibility with the upcoming PHP 7.3 release.
