Xapian 1.4.17 released

Xapian 1.4.17 can now be downloaded from:

https://xapian.org/download

This release is composed of minor bug fixes, optimisations and
documentation improvements.

A big thanks to Enrico Zini, Tadeusz Sośnierz, Peter Salomonsen,
and Gaurav Arora for helping to make this release a reality.
