Xapian 1.4.24 released

Xapian 1.4.24 can now be downloaded from:

https://xapian.org/download

This release is mainly composed of portability improvements and memory
use reductions.

A big thanks to Eric Wong and Yaakov Selkowitz for helping to make this
release a reality.
