Now done.

The git mirroring will now also mirror the deletion of branches and tags
=66rom the master repo to both the copy served to the public from
git.xapian.org and to the copy on github github.  It was unintentional
that it didn't, but nobody had noticed until it was highlighted by
renaming master to main and seeing master didn't get automatically
removed.

So you shouldn't be alarmed to see a lot of old branches getting removed
next time you pull updates.  This should be a one-off occurrence.
