Greetings,=20 Starting August 13, 2002, we will be performing nightly system = maintenance and performance upgrades until August 25, 2002. The upgrades = are being done to improve system performance and reliability. DeepSight = Analyzer will still be accepting logs from users. However, data uploaded = between 7:00 pm and 1:00 am (MST) will not be processed until 2:00 am. = During the nightly maintenance period the information displayed on the = Statistics page will not be updated. =20 After the maintenance cycle is completed, the system will resume = processing, and generated reports will show the uploaded information.=20 If you have any questions about this process, do not hesitate to contact = us at [email protected].=20 Patrick Chatterton, [email protected] Software Quality Assurance, Manager
