Is Cyrus-SASL development dead? (c.f. bug#3920)

I submitted a patch last month for a bug that makes Cyrus SASL rimap authentication unusable, but I haven't even received acknowledgement of receipt:

The Debian package maintainer has thankfully accepted and integrated, but Cyrus seems moribund. Are the lights still on? It looks like there hasn't been any mailing list traffic for five months...
