The first annual Eastern Idaho Information Security Conference,  titled "The
Future of Information Security," seeks to bring together  researchers,
practitioners, system administrators, system programmers, and  others
interested in sharing their research and interest in the security  of
computer systems and networks. The conference is sponsored by the Eastern
Idaho chapter of the Information Systems Security Association  (ISSA),
Bechtel BWXT Idaho LLC, the Eastern Idaho Forum for Information Technology
(EIFIT) and the National Information Assurance Training and  Education
Center at Idaho State University.

The conference will be held at Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho, on
September 10-12, 2003.  If you are working on any aspect of information
security, the Conference  Committee encourages you to submit a paper.
Submissions are due on June  20, 2003.  The conference will last for two
days. The sessions include accepted papers, invited talks, panel discussions
and a work-in-progress session.  More details are available at
