[ANNOUNCE] FireHOL 2.0.0-pre8 released

I have released version 2.0.0-pre8 of FireHOL.

As usual, you can get it from the website:

Major changes:

This release switches from docbook to pandoc markdown for the
documentation, since this will be much easier to maintain.

learn docbook ;)

From the ChangeLog:

  * FireQOS fixes/enhancements
    - resolved an issue with pppd ip-up scripts
    - automatic numbering continues giving class priorities after
      a manual priority is given

  * Documentation
    - replaced docbook with pandoc (issue #24)
