dropped RX packets - belongs this to firehol?

Hi

I use Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS with Kernel 4.4. For quite some time I notice dropped RX packets (e.g. 502), but I have no restrictions.

Belongs this to firehol, e.g. increases the counter if firehol/iptables drops an packet? Is this normal?
