After Ubuntu upgrade from 14 to 16, OpenVPN blocked by Firehol rules

Hi,

Same simple rules, with "client all accept," but after Ununtu upgrade this
isn't sufficient to let OpenVPN traffic out unless I drop the firewall. Does
the newer software stack require something extra in the Firehol config for
this?
