Build failure on Sol 10 - "ip_ire.h" issue

Trying 4.1.31 on Solaris 10 10/08 x86 using GCC native to this 
release of solaris... build command was simply 'make solaris'.

It seems this file:
"/usr/include/inet/ip_ire.h"  has been causing issues.

It was updated recently during a patch upgrade.
