So, today I downloaded the 4.1.32RC1 from sourceforge:
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/ipfilter/ip_fil4.1.32rc1.tar.gz
Then downloaded the latest ip_compat.h to fix compile problems:
http://ipfilter.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/*checkout*/ipfilter/ipfilter/ip_compat.h?revision=1.2.2.24

and that compiled on s10u6x86 "final" for me without any problems.
