Put the IPFilter .tar.gz file on the FreeBSD box with that kernel, where I'm assuming that /usr/src/sys exists... Unpack the IPFilter bits, change into the ipfilter directory, run # make freebsd # BSD/kupgrade now rebuild your kernel.
