I"ve stopped being a bit on the lazy side and pulled the finger out.
Compilation and execution problems with Linux and 4.1.32 are,
I believe, now ironed out. Yes, I know, another version not long
after 4.1.32... but that took too long (I got distracted with games.)
I"ve successfully had it running on Fedora 9 & 11.
