Two questions

Hi,
 
i have two problems and can't find the answer in the docs or the faqs. Maybe
someone
can give me a hint.
 
1) I have two subnets on the same internal network:
  192.168.0.0 255.255.255.0
  172.21.11.0 255.255.255.0
How can i assign two ip addresses to the internal interface?
 
 
2) I want to make a vpn connection but restrict access to the other network:
 
   network1 <-----------------------------> network2
                               VPN
 
As an example: network1 should only be able to do telnet to network2.
