Chris, about starting new thread, is it big issue to have the option subnet
mask in xml configuration available.? I mean what should I edit to have this
done?

You should really start a new thread, this has no relevance to the
1.3b17 release.

You never want your DHCP serving something different from your LAN
subnet. If you want multiple internal subnets, use multiple interfaces
or VLANs.
