OK - at this point I have gotten the .img file loaded on the CF card - the unit booted but halted and indicated that the device containing the config.xml file could not be found.

Failing to boot.......may have been the way I was imaging the CF card

Used my intel mac first - now trying with RHEL4.....will see how that goes.

I have been through the BIOS settings and think I have everything correct.

I will update after I try the generic image.

Generic PC on the CF should work.  What problems are you having?
