DNS forwarder not working for OPT2

Docs say that the WAN DNS servers' addresses will be sent down with DHCP
if the DNS forwarder is turned off, that doesn't seem to be happening -
the DHCP server is sending the address of the OPT2 interface to the DHCP
clients on OPT2 regardless of whether the DNS forwarder is on or off.

 

Also, even if the DNS forwarder is turned on, it doesn't seem to be
listening on OPT2 (works fine on the LAN interface).
