Static IPV6 route does not work

I have 2 static IPV6 routes to /64 subnets on my LAN nic in a ipv6 static
enviroment. (Native from ISP).
None of these works.
When i do traceroute the traffic takes the default route instead.

Im using 1.3b18 , any fixes done for this kind of issue in the later
releases?
