I think my last option is to get dual port lan card. Is there a list of
compatible cards for m0n0wall out there?

Well, RealTek cards are generally supported.  Boot into Linux or FreeBSD and
while it is working, do an "lspci" to see what it really is.  If it is some
odd card, you may need to get a multi-port add in card.
