Install Monowall on USB Thumb Drive?

Can anyone tell me how to install m0n0wall 1.32 on USB thumb drive?
I am using PC and planning to use the USB as harddrive replacement because
getting small size harddrive is harder nowadays and I am avoiding CD Rom and
CF Drive. Just too much hassle.
