Yes there is a way:
you have to prepare the following:
a pc w/ the same card in it (no matter if you have onboard another one)
Then configure it via console (as usual)

Final step: copy the configuration on the image you are going to 
write: this way m0n0wall will be already configured to work w/ those 
interfaces :)
(indeed just configuring one as lan should be enough)


(btw I remember I found, time ago, someone that was able to hook a 
keyboard to a SG20)
