You can't, if the computers are all in the same subnet.
Since the traffic doesn't hit the firewall, it can't apply any rules.
If you want to separate certain groups you need to put them on different VLANs and you need a VLAN aware switch.
Then again you need rules in the firewall for the required packets to pass between the VLANs or out to the internet.
