Alix boards have 100mbit cards... so pulling 128mbit will not be possible.
On the other hand, my Alix draws about 11 watts; but I am running cable 
at 35mbit/sec :)

ps. VDSL25 is known for 25mbit in my country... don't know what it means 
for you ?
