VPN settings for Windoze7 to m0n0wall?

I'm almost embarrassed to ask, but...

Has anyone succeeded in creating a Windows 7 VPN connection to the
m0n0wall - other than PPTP, which is trivial?

If so, would you kindly share your settings?
