[SOLVED] IPv6 on Comcast Cable Internet - Anyone Have This Working?

This has been solved by disabling the Traffic Shaper and clearing all 
shaper rules. It is not enough to just disable the Shaper. All rules 
must be cleared.

I have had problems in the past with IPv4 and the Shaper breaking 
things. These were related to my hardware and solved by making driver 
changes.
