With thumbdrive (32MB... yes 32Mega Byte) it worked ok. Even with regular physdiskwrite.exe. But for some reason with micro SD card cannot work. Any other clues? You may have a system that has trouble booting from SD cards. Try burning to a thumb drive, or the boot CD, or even an old and too small to bother hard drive.
