as hard as it may sound...occasionally, we need to invest into new 
hardware. As much as I would like to re-use my old (retired) WRAPs, I 
have to copy with the fact that hardware demands had picked up with 
the 1.3 version, while the ISPs deviously continued to upgrade 
connection speeds.
