netfilter.org system maintainance on Feb 26

Hi!

On Thursday, Februrary 26th there will be a scheduled system maitainance
of the netfilter.org systems.  The scheduled timeframe is 
		9:00 - 11:00 UTC

Expect all netfilter.org services to be affected, including the master
website, rsync, ftp, mailinglists, CVS, bugzilla.

The reason for maintainance is a re-organization of the network,
including re-numbering of our IP address space.

DNS records will be given a very short TTL in order to facilitate the IP
address changes.
