Try closing the ports and port scanning (with nmap or
similar) your smoothie's red interface. If you get
hits in the firewall log, then the issue is a little
less obvious. If you don't see entries in the firewall
log, then your ISP are actually blocking the ports (or
maybe something between you and the ISP are such as a
restrictive firewall etc)
