Hi,
I'm running SmoothWall Express 2.0 Fix 4
I noticed the following error message in my logfile:
ntpdate Can't adjust the time of day: Invalid argument
I had a quick look around and found the file
/usr/local/bin/gettime.pl
had the line
@command = ('/usr/bin/ntpdate', '-su', @servers);
The -u option isn't a recognised ntpdate option so I changed it to '-s' and
now it works.
My question is: surely this has been identified before and a fix put in place.
So have I missed an update somewhere?
regards,
A.
