Ok, lets check the settings...
IP address: Something on the 192.168.10.0/24 network
DNS: IP of ISP's DNS server (You can't use smoothwall
services on orange)
Gateway: Smoothwall Orange IP

From memory, you can't ping smoothwall from orange

Make sure the orange PC's have their DNS servers set
to your ISP's dns servers
