Not necessarily.  It typically means the update list on your Smoothie
doesn't know about the patch yet.

Go to the Maintenance -> Updates page in your Smoothie gui, and hit the
"Refresh Update List" button at the bottom of the page.

You can't install the patch until your Smoothie knows that it's an
available patch.
