tct on NAS

Hi,

Some files were recently deleted on a network attached storage device  I
would like to try to recover them and dowloaded tct.  My problem lies in
the fact that this is a networked device.  The only way I can mount it
through my linux system is via nfs.  Does anyone know if tct will work
with it.  The NAS is running a flavor of linux.
