Cryptcat and Forensics

Hi,

    I am experimenting with setting up a forensics box.  I have a linux box with Cryptcat installed.  I am creating a windows forensics disk to connect into the forensics box from anywhere.  I found how one could copy files using cryptcat, but it requires making a file.  Obviously you don't want a disk that will modify the local workstation in any way.  How would you advise getting Cryptcat and Forensics servers to work together without modifying the machine at all?
