Walleye pcap download problem

Hi, Everyone:

I have a problem with the pcap file download from Walleye.  

When I click on the floppy icon, smaller logs with just a few packets 
will download without a problem.  However, any larger than that will 
only download the 24 byte pcap header without any packets in there. 

Anybody has met this problem before?  Thanks ahead for any help in 
advance!
