Problem with Honeywall and MySQL

Hi all,
I have a question for you.

Why don't mysqld start on boot anymore if I delete log files and pcap cap=
tures by mean of the "Clean out logging directories" command of 
"OS Administration" menu ?

I'm using roo-1.0.hw-189 (with roo-base-1.0.hw-422).
