(In [8126]) Do not use asynchronous timer. This was a source of problem
for people using a
thread unsafe Perl version, and also was implemented in such a way that
detaching
SEC from the console was impossible (bug #137).
Manually call Prelude::prelude_timer_wake_up() and stop relying on the
asynchronous
stack. Fix #137.
